Buoyancy that does not depend on a shell staying sealed
PE floats with a seamless weld-free polyethylene shell and closed-cell PU foam core. Buoyancy from 150 kg to 5000 kg per unit, for HDPE and steel pipe.

Four product groups, one pipeline
A dredging line is a sequence of different duties. Suction that must not collapse, discharge that must not wear through, buoyancy that must not migrate, and fixed pipe that must not deform. We build all four, on one flange table.

Built at the parent factory, sold as one line
Jiangsu East Marine Industrial Co., Ltd. is the international trade arm of Jiangsu Huashen Special Rubber Products Co., Ltd.. The hoses are made on a site of 0.68 million square metres with over 150 staff: eight production lines for floating hoses and ten for rubber sleeves, producing 3 to 4 floating hoses and 10 rubber sleeves a day.
We joined the China Dredging Association in 2013, presented at the 21st World Dredging Congress in 2016, joined the China Rubber Industry Association in 2020, CEDA in 2022, and WEDA in 2023, the same year a branch was established in Singapore.
What every hose goes through before it ships
Raw material test
Each batch of raw materials, including natural rubber, tensile textile and rubber additives, is inspected before entering the warehouse to ensure quality consistency and durability.
Hose dimension check
Inner and outer diameters, wall thickness and flange alignment are measured to confirm they meet design specifications.
Weight check
Each hose is weighed to verify it falls within the acceptable tolerance range, ensuring uniform product quality.
Pressure test
Hydrostatic or vacuum pressure testing is carried out where specified, to confirm the hose safely withstands its specified working pressure.
Third-party inspection
An independent inspection agency can be invited to inspect according to customer requirements.
