Product Overview
The big movable fan is an HVLS fan on wheels. It was developed for improving the comfort of a working environment where a ceiling fan is not an option, using a self-designed variable frequency speed control and an energy-saving permanent magnet external rotor motor.
The straight blade diameter runs from 1 m to 2 m. The blade wing is manufactured on aerodynamic principles so the fan generates a circulating flow field rather than a narrow jet, which is why the sensation is closer to a natural breeze coming from several directions than to a conventional fan pointed at a person. Wind speed adjusts anywhere between 1 m/s and 6 m/s, and in open space the maximum blowing distance is 28 metres.
It is used in fitness centres, outdoor wedding venues, industrial factories, logistics warehousing, waiting rooms, exhibition halls and physical education halls, and it is rated outdoor, waterproof and portable.

Getting It Right on Site

Place it to work with the building openings
Aim along the bay rather than into a wall, and use the doorway or opening at the far end so the circulating field has somewhere to go.

Start at a low speed
The speed range runs from 1 m/s to 6 m/s. Most complaints about draught come from running a fan faster than the job needs.

Use the casters, not a forklift
The universal casters are there so the fan can be repositioned by hand. Lifting it repeatedly with a truck is what damages the frame.

Keep the guard and blade clean
In a fabrication shop the guard collects dust and swarf. A blocked guard reduces airflow before anyone notices the fan has got worse.
