DP3X is the current generation developed by Nuodean, with the pilot and major air valve arrangement, dual ceramic dynamic seals and the anti icing vacuum chamber. The WA series is an earlier platform kept in production for plants that have standardized on it and want like for like replacements.

The heavy duty flap valve pump passes suspended solids up to 2 inches, which is 50 mm. Among the ball check pumps the 3 inch metallic models take 3/8 inch, which is 9.5 mm.

The triple diaphragm pumps run a two to one pressure ratio, so with a 100 psi air supply the fluid pressure range reaches 200 psi, which is 14 bar. Standard AODD pumps are limited to the air pressure, so 8.3 bar.

Non metallic fluid ends are catalogued for 1 inch, 1-1/2 inch and 2 inch in the DP3X series and across the WA series. For 3 inch duty we supply metallic bodies, so ask us if your fluid rules out metal at that size.
