Qingdao Nuodean Pump Co., Ltd sits in Chengyang District, Qingdao, Shandong. Research and development, production, sales and service of diaphragm pumps is the whole business.

Our Story

Several Generations Of One Product

Nuodean has been building diaphragm pumps for many years, and the products have been sold to many countries. Quality and performance were not proved in a laboratory. They were proved by pumps that stayed in service on customer sites, year after year, and by the customers who came back.

The company holds its own technology and a number of granted patents, and the utility model patent certificates and the NUODEAN trademark registration are printed in the front of our catalogues. In the field of pneumatic diaphragm pumps that is what professional means to us.

We have pursued excellence and continuous innovation across several generations of product. The DP3X series is the newest. It inherits what worked in the earlier DP designs and improves the air distribution system that everything else depends on.

Beyond the DP series that we developed ourselves, the WA series and ZG series stay in production so that plants standardized on those platforms can keep buying like for like.

What The Factory Actually Does

Design of the air end, machining and assembly of the pump, the test that follows and the parts that keep it running afterwards.

Air Motor Development

The major air valve, the pilot air valve and the dual ceramic dynamic seals are Nuodean designs covered by our own utility model patents.

Multi Material Fluid Ends

The same hydraulic end is produced in aluminum, cast iron, 316 stainless steel, polypropylene and PVDF so one platform covers solvents, slurries and acids.

Assembly And Test

Pumps are assembled and run before they are crated. Sound level and cycle behaviour at 70 psi and 60 cycles per minute are published on the data sheets.

Parts And Documentation

Air section and fluid section repair kits are catalogued against the model code, and the exploded drawings with part lists are published for download.

How The Range Fits Together

Four platforms and a parts program. Which one you buy depends on the duty, not on which is newest.

DP Series, The Original Platform
The pumps Nuodean developed independently, and the base that the current generation inherits from. The DP11 catalogue is still on our download page for pumps already in the field.
DP3X Series, The Current Generation
Improved and enhanced air distribution built around a major air valve and a pilot air valve, with anti icing design, lube free operation and dimensional compatibility with other brands.
WA Series, The Alternative Platform
A separate range covering 1 inch to 3 inch in metallic and plastic, kept in production for user groups that specify it.
ZG Series And Specialty Pumps
The ZG platform plus the pumps that exist for one hard job each. Two to one high pressure triple pumps, dry powder pumps and the flap valve pump for 50 mm solids.

Where is Nuodean located?

No.125-16 Tieqishan Road, Xifuzhen Subdistrict, Chengyang District, Qingdao, Shandong, China. Qingdao port is the shipping point for export orders.

Does Nuodean hold patents?

Yes. Chinese utility model patent certificates covering the air motor design and the NUODEAN trademark registration certificate are reproduced in our series catalogues, which you can download from this site.

Do your pumps carry CE marking?

A CE Attestation of Compliance was issued for Nuodean air operated double diaphragm pumps against Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU under reference TRC-21-2604/02/01, issued in April 2021. Ask us for the current certificate and the model list before you rely on it for an import.

Which countries do you export to?
