How We Deliver Into This Industry
Tube, fin geometry and tubesheet are taken from one bundle drawing, which is what keeps a retubing job inside its outage window.
Production runs on 25 rolling and cold drawing machines plus 23 fin lines and machines, with hydro, eddy current, mechanical and chemical testing performed in house. The company holds ISO 9001:2015, CE certificate, Production licence for pressure pipe and ships to the European, American and Gulf markets.

Which fin type do economizers usually take?
H or HH type where the flue gas carries ash, spiral where the gas is clean. Fin pitch is set from dust loading before the duty calculation fixes fin height.
Can you match tubes for an existing bundle during an outage?
Yes. Send the bundle drawing or a sample tube. Base tube size, fin geometry, fin pitch and finned length are matched to what is installed.
Which tube grade for chloride bearing cooling water?
Duplex or super duplex in most cases. The grade depends on chloride level, temperature and velocity.
Do you supply tubesheets for power plant exchangers?
Yes, up to 5000 mm outside diameter and 750 mm thick, drilled to the bundle layout.
