Tube selection is a corrosion decision before it is a price decision. Choosing 316L where the chloride level calls for duplex, or duplex where the acid calls for Hastelloy, is what puts a bundle back on the maintenance list.
Three alloy families cover the service range: austenitic stainless for general exchanger duty, duplex where chloride cracking and strength both matter, and nickel alloys for reducing acids, high temperature and seawater.
The same tube is supplied bare for boilers and process lines, or sent straight to the fin lines.

Which alloy families do you produce?
Austenitic and super austenitic stainless, duplex and super duplex, and nickel alloys including Monel, Inconel, Incoloy and Hastelloy grades.
What lengths can you supply?
Tube up to 32 m and pipe up to 30 m.
Do you test in house?
Yes. Hydro, eddy current, tensile, flattening, flaring, hardness, chemical analysis and dimensional inspection are all carried out on our own equipment.
Can this tube be finned?
Yes. Seamless tube from this workshop feeds our own fin lines, which is why fin geometry and base tube can be planned together.
