What This Family Is For
Tube plates bought separately from the tubes arrive with hole patterns that were interpreted twice from the same drawing. The fit-up problem shows up at assembly, when the schedule has no room left.
Because the hole pattern has to match the tubes exactly, ordering plate and tube from one source removes a whole category of fit-up problems on the fabrication floor.
We machine plates up to 5000 mm in diameter and 750 mm thick, with tube holes up to 120 mm.
