From Enquiry to Delivery

Seven steps, each with a decision that belongs to it. Nothing is left to be discovered at assembly.

Drawing reviewBundle drawing, tube schedule and tubesheet layout are read together, and any conflict between them is raised before quotation.
Material selectionBase tube alloy is fixed against the process stream; fin material is fixed against the outside environment.
Tube productionBare tube is rolled and cold drawn to the bundle size on 25 machines rather than substituted from stock.
Fin applicationThe fin geometry chosen at design stage is applied on the matching production line.
Tubesheet machiningThe plate is drilled to the same layout used to size the tubes, up to 5000 mm diameter.
InspectionHydro, eddy current, mechanical, chemical and dimensional checks before release.
Packing and exportBundles are packed for sea freight to the European, American and Gulf markets we ship to.

Can you supply tube and tubesheet on one order?

Yes. Both are produced against the same bundle drawing, which is the point of the route.

What do you need to start?

The bundle drawing, the tube schedule and the tubesheet layout. If they disagree with each other we raise it before quoting.

Do you assemble the bundle?

We supply the tube, the finned tube and the drilled tube plate. Bundle assembly stays with the fabricator.

How is the shipment packed?

Bundles are packed for sea freight to the destination port you nominate.
