Integral low fin tube retubes an existing shell without changing the tubesheet drilling, which is the fastest way to raise duty on installed plant.
Production runs on 25 rolling and cold drawing machines plus 23 fin lines and machines, with hydro, eddy current, mechanical and chemical testing performed in house. The company holds ISO 9001:2015, CE certificate, Production licence for pressure pipe and ships to the European, American and Gulf markets.

How much surface does a low fin tube add?
The integral fin is 0.9 mm to 1.3 mm tall at 0.9 mm to 1.5 mm pitch, which multiplies the outside surface several times while still passing through conventional baffles.
Can we retube an existing exchanger with low fin tube?
Usually yes, because the plain bare ends and the tube outside diameter stay the same. Confirm the baffle clearance and the wall thickness under the fin root.
Which fin type for an air cooled condenser coil?
L type for general duty, extruded where the ambient atmosphere is corrosive.
Do you supply copper fin on copper tube?
Yes. Copper strip fin and copper base tube are both available.
