We issue documents against the enquiry rather than as generic catalogue files, because the useful version of a datasheet is the one that carries your tube size, grade and test scope. Ask for any of these by email and it comes back filled in for your bundle.
Product Datasheet
Dimensions, materials and tolerances for any of the twelve products, issued for your tube size and grade.
Specification Sheet
The ASTM or ASME specification scope applicable to your grade, with the tests it requires.
Mill Test Certificate Sample
A sample certificate showing the chemical and mechanical data we issue with shipment.
Inspection and Test Plan
The test plan we propose for your order, including any third party witnessing.
Fin Geometry Selection Sheet
The eight fin geometries with base tube ranges, fin dimensions and the duty each suits.
Certification Files
ISO 9001:2015, CE certificate and the pressure pipe production licence.
Drawings and CAD Files
Send drawings by email to [email protected]. We do not publish CAD files for download - fin geometry and tubesheet layouts are issued per project so that the file you hold matches the tube you receive.
Documentation Questions
Why are documents issued by email rather than published?
Because a filled-in datasheet carrying your tube size, grade and test scope is useful, and a generic one is not.
How quickly are documents issued?
Standard documents are sent on the next working day. Order specific test plans follow the enquiry review.
Do you publish CAD files?
No. Fin geometry and tubesheet layouts are issued per project so the file you hold matches the tube you receive.
