HD-SG-F / HD-SG-S / HD-SG-N / HD-SG-T
Reflectivity above 80% and water transmission below 0.5 g/m²·day, in constructions from 540 µm to 1000 µm.
A conventional CPC backsheet reflects above 70% and passes under 2.0 g/m²·day of water vapour. In a glassless module those numbers are not good enough — there is no rear glass adding stiffness and no glass sealing out moisture, so the backsheet has to do both jobs.
HD-SG is that backsheet. Four thickness grades from 540 µm to 1000 µm give you the rigidity to stop deformation-induced cell micro-cracks, while reflectivity above 80% and water transmission below 0.5 g/m²·day beat conventional CPC on both counts.

Storage and shelf life
High storage stability with no special storage requirements. Warranty period is one year under cool, dry storage conditions; laminating process generality should be evaluated after that period.

Questions about HD-SG
Which grade do I need?
It follows the span and the load. HD-SG-F at 540 µm for smaller modules, up through HD-SG-T at 1000 µm where the module is large or the mounting is unsupported. Send the module dimensions and the mounting method.
Is a black version available?
Yes — the published colour options are white and black.
Does it replace the rear glass entirely?
That is its purpose in a lightweight module: rigidity and moisture barrier without the weight of a rear glass sheet.
