A vehicle roof asks a module to survive conditions no building ever will: surface temperatures to 150°C, continuous vibration at highway speed, road salt, acid rain and engine-bay oil, on a curved surface, for the life of the vehicle.
That is an automotive qualification problem rather than a photovoltaic one, and it is why these modules are built on the ETFE or PF front film, HD-PGR prepreg and HD-SG-P backplate stack instead of a conventional laminate.

Yes. The lightweight construction bends to a minimum radius of 0.3 m, which covers normal automotive roof curvature.

The design lifespan is usually over 15 years or 250,000 km, with corrosion and weather resistance supporting a service life over 10 years in the published specification.

Outline, wattage and connector arrangement are specified per programme. Send the roof geometry and the electrical target.
