Every module manufacturer has a story about a cheap EVA: the film that slipped in the laminator, the additive that bloomed to the surface, the batch that yellowed in the field three years later and took the warranty claim with it.
The HEVA series is formulated against those specific failures. No slipping or exudation during lamination, superior gas release, and PID and polarisation resistance — at EVA's cost position rather than POE's.

When is EVA the right choice over POE or EPE?
When the cell technology is not especially moisture-sensitive and the cost target is tight. For TOPCon and HJT in humid climates, POE or EPE is the safer specification.
What is the white variant for?
HEVAW4 reflects the light that falls between cells back into them, adding CTM gain in glass-backsheet modules.
Why only a six-month warranty period?
That is the published shelf life for the encapsulant films under cool, dry storage. Backsheets, being cured products, carry a year.
