A portable panel is a consumer product with an industrial failure mode. It gets folded, thrown in a boot, left in the sun and rained on, and every one of those is a chance for a cell to crack or an edge to delaminate.
Hondol builds these on a CPC/CDPC grid construction with ETFE or PVDF facing, which is what lets the module fold repeatedly without micro-cracking and still pass IEC extreme hot-spot testing.

It is specified for high weather resistance across −40°C to +85°C. For permanent outdoor installation the balcony or C&I lightweight modules are the intended products.
