Label Failures Are Decided Before the Roll Ships
A label that lifts in a chiller, a barcode that smears at goods-in, a date code that a retail customer rejects. None of those are printer faults. They are facestock, adhesive and ribbon decisions taken at order stage.
The wrong ribbon for the surface
Wax on a PET label rubs off with a thumb. Resin on plain paper doubles the ribbon bill for nothing. The label material decides the ink system, and the printer decides the roll.
The wrong adhesive for the temperature
A general purpose acrylic needs 10 degrees C or above at the moment of application. Apply it in a chilled room and the published peel figures do not apply.
A facestock that cannot survive the job
Paper turns to pulp in condensation. BOPP holds -40 to +70 degrees C. Choosing the film at order stage costs less than reworking a rejected batch.
A consumable with no paperwork
A food or pharmaceutical quality team will not approve a ribbon without RoHS and MSDS, or a thermal paper without BPA free documentation.
Roll counts that fight the shift
220 to 10,000 pieces per roll, on 1 in, 1.5 in and 3 in cores, so the roll matches the printer and the wave instead of the other way round.

Inside the Coating Printing and Slitting Lines
Coating, printing, slitting and die-cutting all happen in our own plants. That is what lets a ribbon width, an ink side or a roll count be built to your machine rather than picked from a catalogue.

Buy the laminate, not the label: specified jumbo stock slit to any width and any length for converters who print and die-cut in their own plant.

Supply under your own brand: printed logo on the product, your design on the carton, and neutral packing where no branding is wanted at all.

The answers a new customer needs before the first sample order.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. Hunan New Printing Paper Products Co., Ltd was founded in 2010 and operates two factories with more than 30 production lines, covering coating, printing, slitting and die-cutting for labels, ribbons and thermal paper.
What can I buy from you?
Self-adhesive label rolls in direct thermal, thermal transfer and synthetic facestocks, blank or printed; ZHIYE thermal transfer ribbons in wax, wax resin, resin, wash care and TTO grades; BPA free thermal paper till rolls; and self-adhesive laminate in jumbo roll form for converters.
Do you accept OEM and private label orders?
Yes. Custom material, size, colour and design are available, with your brand printed on the product and on the carton. Neutral packing is available where no supplier name should appear.
What is the lead time?
3 to 15 days at the fastest. Thermal paper ships 7 to 10 days after payment, customised orders run 2 to 3 weeks, and ribbons run 7 to 15 days after the deposit. Samples go out in 2 to 3 days.
Can I get free samples before ordering?
Yes. Free material samples are supplied so you can test print quality, adhesion and durability on your own printers and your own packaging before placing a production order.
Which certifications do you hold?
The company is certified as a High-Tech Enterprise and holds ISO 9001 and SGS certification, along with multiple patents including one invention patent. Product documentation covers ISO 9001, ISO 14001, RoHS, BPA free, SGS and FSC depending on the item.
Which countries do you export to?
More than 200 countries, on EXW, FOB and CIF terms, with pallet packing for jumbo rolls and carton packing for finished rolls.
