From One Plant in Hunan to 200 Export Markets
Founded in 2010, we operate two factories and specialise in the research and development, production and sale of full-range packaging label products and materials, offering one-stop sourcing.
Our products are used in food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, logistics, office supplies, supermarkets, beverages, electronics and appliances, with exports to more than 200 countries.
The company is certified as a High-Tech Enterprise and holds SGS and ISO 9001 certification, along with multiple patents including one invention patent. We work to the principles of Quality First, Integrity, and Win-Win Cooperation.
Two brands carry the output. NP-Label covers self-adhesive labels and thermal paper. ZHIYE covers thermal transfer ribbons: wax, premium wax, wax resin, wash resin, resin and near-edge grades, widely used in inventory warehousing, logistics and transportation, retail, medical care, and clothing and accessories. Coating and slitting for the ribbon range run in Central China.

Label printing line
A multi-colour label press running a printed roll. Printing, die-cutting and slitting all happen inside our own plants rather than being put out to a third party.

Every printed run is set up and checked by an operator on the machine, which is how colour is held from the first roll to the last.
Ribbon coating workshop
The ZHIYE ribbon coating workshop. Coating and slitting in the same building means a ribbon width and ink side can be built to a customer's printer rather than picked from stock.

Jumbo ribbon stock being slit to finished widths. 30 mm to 110 mm and 30 m to 900 m are all cut to order on the same line.

Adhesive coating on the label laminate line. Controlling the coat weight here is what makes the published peel adhesion figures repeatable.

Slitting and rewinding
Finished label stock being rewound to the roll diameters and piece counts each customer's printers and applicators expect.
Die-cut matrix
The die-cut waste matrix stripping cleanly off a label web. Clean stripping at speed is the sign that the facestock, adhesive and liner are correctly matched.
Finished goods warehouse
Jumbo rolls and finished stock held in the warehouse. Diverse label materials are held in stock so common specifications ship in days rather than weeks.
Loading for export
Cartons loading for export. Products ship to more than 200 countries on EXW, FOB and CIF terms.
