A -50 to +90 degrees C service window
Once labelled, the acrylic emulsion holds from deep freeze to a hot fill line, which is a wider window than most general purpose hot melts.
Runs clean on a converting press
Super-calendered facestock and a 60 g/m2 super-calendered glassine liner are chosen for flat, straight winding and consistent die-cut matrix stripping.
Back-printed liner for line control
Liner back printing lets a converter or end user verify the grade on the machine rather than trusting a label on the pallet.

Getting It Right on the First Roll
Apply above 10 degrees C; below that the acrylic emulsion will not wet the surface and adhesion values do not apply.
Allow 24 hours after labelling before judging final peel adhesion; the published 8.0 N/25mm figure is a 24-hour value.
Store jumbo rolls upright on pallet, away from heat and direct sun, and let them reach workshop temperature before running.
Specify the slit width and roll length at order stage; any width and length can be produced.
