Getting It Right on the First Roll
Check your printer first: this stock runs on most direct thermal printers but not on Brother or Dymo machines, which take their own media.
Set direct thermal mode and calibrate on the gap each time the label size changes.
Apply at 10 degrees C or above, and keep the labelled product between -10 and +65 degrees C.
Store rolls in their shrink wrap at 23 +/- 2 degrees C and 50 +/- 5 percent RH and use within a year.

Will these labels work in a Brother or Dymo printer?
No. This direct thermal material runs on most direct thermal printers but not on Brother or Dymo machines, which require their own media. Tell us the printer model and we will confirm before you order.
Do I need a ribbon?
No. Direct thermal prints from the heat of the print head, so there is no ribbon to buy or change.
Which adhesive is on the label?
Hot melt adhesive as standard, with water based acrylic available. Both are permanent; hot melt gives higher initial tack on rough and recycled surfaces.
How many labels are on a roll?
500 to 2,000 pieces per roll on a 1 in, 1.5 in or 3 in core, packed shrink wrapped in cartons.
Can these sizes be customised?
Yes. 50x25, 57x32, 58x40, 58x60, 80x50, 80x60 and 100x150 mm are also common, and any size, material, colour and design can be made to order.
