Grade selection
Work to a product code such as AW3209.2000 with published basis weight, thickness and FTM adhesion values, or to a material description.
Adhesive choice
Fasson general purpose permanent acrylic emulsion or a hot melt equivalent, chosen against surface, temperature and service life.
Liner choice
58 g or 60 g super-calendered white glassine, with back printing, matched to the speed your press runs at.
Slitting
Any width and any length, wound straight and flat for consistent matrix stripping on your die-cutting line.
Free samples
Samples delivered in two to three days so the laminate can be proven on your own press before a pallet ships.
Pallet packing and shipment
Pallet packed for export on EXW, FOB or CIF terms.

How long does this process take end to end?
Samples are produced and delivered in two to three days. Production runs 3 to 15 days at the fastest, 7 to 10 days for thermal paper after payment, 7 to 15 days for ribbons after the deposit, and 2 to 3 weeks for fully customised orders.
Is there a charge for design or samples?
No. Design service is free and material samples are supplied free so you can test before ordering.
What do you need from us to start?
The surface being labelled, the printer model, the size and the volume. For a printed job, artwork, a design file or an original sample.
Can you work to our existing specification?
Yes. If a product code or an approved sample already exists, we work to that rather than proposing a substitute.
