What lead time should I plan for?
3 to 15 days at the fastest. Thermal paper ships 7 to 10 days after payment, customised orders run 2 to 3 weeks, and ribbons run 7 to 15 days after the deposit.
Do you supply under our own brand?
Yes. OEM and ODM service covers printed branding on the product and customised carton packaging, and neutral packing is available where no supplier name should appear.
