The bowl does not fit the cabinet
Catalogue sinks are built around a press tool. Ours are fabricated, so the bowl is made to your cabinet module or your worktop template instead.
The steel grade is not what was agreed
We produce in 304, 202 and 201 and write the grade on the order confirmation, so there is a document to hold the order against.
The accessories come from somewhere else
Boards, colanders, grids and waste kits are made here and cut to the bowl they ship with, so nothing is matched on site.
What We Can Say With A Document Behind It
We would rather publish four facts we can evidence than ten we cannot. Anything we have not documented is marked for confirmation rather than guessed.
Finishes Are Applied Here, Not Bought In
Brushing sets the base. PVD gold, rose gold and copper are deposited under vacuum over the finished body, and black is applied as a nano coating. Because a coating reproduces whatever is underneath it, the polish before coating is what decides how the finish looks.
- Welds are dressed before finishing — a weld that shows after coating cannot be corrected
- Coated batches are compared against a colour reference before packing
- Project orders can be run and held as a single batch for colour consistency
- Samples are sent before you publish a finish schedule
Commercial Work Runs On The Same Floor
Free-standing double wash troughs on legs, deep bowls for bar stations and PVD finished counter-top basins for hotel bathrooms are fabricated in the same way as the domestic range — cut, folded, welded and dressed.

What do you manufacture?
Stainless steel kitchen sinks, bathroom basins, kitchen faucets and the strainer and siphon kits that go with them. Everything is made to order.
Which stainless steel grades do you work in?
304, 202 and 201 are all in production. Whichever you name is priced as that grade and written into the order confirmation, so there is a document behind it.
Do you produce under our own brand?
Yes. Private-label production is normal here — your cartons, your instruction sheets, and our name does not appear on the goods unless you ask for it.
Can you build a sink to our drawing?
Yes. Bowl size, depth, corner radius, drain position and tap holes are all order inputs. Send a dimensioned drawing, a worktop template or a sample.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product, the grade and the finish. Email [email protected] with what you need and we will tell you what is workable.
Where do you ship from?
The factory is in Heshan City, Guangdong Province, close to the southern China container ports.
