Why are there no direct download links?
Because we would rather send the document that matches the product you are quoting than publish a generic PDF that is out of date within a season. Ask and you get the current one.
How quickly are documents sent?
Normally the same working day, within office hours in China.
Can documents be issued in our own branding?
Installation and care sheets can be printed to your artwork. Certification documents cannot be rebranded.
