Custom fabrication means the bowl is cut, folded, welded and dressed to the dimensions on your drawing.
It is how we serve worktop fabricators working to a template and brands whose cabinet modules do not match stock sinks.
Length, width, depth, corner radius, drain position and tap ledge are all order inputs.
Every Stage And What We Need From You
8 stages of custom sink fabrication, in the order they happen. The questions asked at the start are the ones that keep the fabrication stage from going wrong.
Send the drawing or template
A dimensioned drawing, a worktop template or a sample sink is enough to start.
Design review
We check the radius against the depth and the steel thickness, and tell you where a dimension will not hold.
Developed blank
The bowl is unfolded into a flat pattern so the corners close without a gap.
Cut and fold
The blank is cut and the walls are folded to the specified depth.
Weld
Every corner is welded — this is what makes a tight radius possible at depth.
Dress and polish
Welds are ground back and polished until the inside radius is one continuous surface.
Brush
The interior is brushed in a single direction so the grain reads consistently.
Check and test
Finished dimensions are measured against the drawing and the bowl is water-tested.

It depends on bowl depth and steel thickness. Send the drawing and we will confirm against your bowl instead of quoting a number in the abstract.
Can you build a sink from a photograph?
Not reliably. Send a sample or a dimensioned drawing.
Do you charge for the design review?
No. It is part of quoting the job properly.
