We take a drawing or a sample, quote against it, produce an approval sample, then run the order in the grade and finish you named.

8 stages of oem and odm sink manufacturing, in the order they happen. The questions asked at the start are the ones that keep the manufacturing stage from going wrong.
Enquiry and drawing review
Send a dimensioned drawing, a sample, or the sink you currently sell. We come back with questions about grade, radius, drain position and finish before quoting — not after.
Quotation
Priced against the grade, finish, accessory set and quantity you specified. Where a figure is not yet fixed we say so rather than assuming one.
Sampling
An approval sample is made on production tooling and process, so what you approve is what you receive.
Material
Steel is bought to the grade on the order. 304, 202 and 201 are all produced here and the grade is stated on the confirmation.
Fabrication
Cutting, forming, welding, dressing and polishing. Handmade bowls are dressed until the internal radius runs continuously.
Finishing
Brushing, then PVD or nano coating where a colour finish has been ordered.
Quality control
Dimensional check against the order drawing, water test, and finish inspection under raking light.
Packing and shipping
Your cartons, your labels, co-packed accessories, then export documentation.
