Our metal stamping service combines the experience of our toolmakers with our dedication to quality, producing parts that reliably meet our clients standard.
Using progressive tooling and secondary tooling to produce small and large parts, we offer quick turnarounds on prototypes and production runs. Stamping earns its tooling cost at volume, so if your annual quantity is low we will say plainly that fabrication or machining is the cheaper route for you.

Operations Combined In One Tool
Blanking
The outer profile is sheared from strip in a single press stroke, setting the flat pattern for everything that follows.
Piercing
Holes and slots are punched to positions set by the tool, so they repeat exactly across the whole production run.
Forming and Bending
Flanges and profiles are formed with springback compensated in the tool, which is what keeps angles stable across a long run.
Secondary Tooling
Operations that cannot sit in the progressive strip are handled with secondary tools, then tapped, machined or finished in house.

What press tonnage do you have?
Presses from 20 to 200 tons, handling material from 0.25 mm to 6 mm thick with a tolerance of 0.1 mm.
Is stamping worth it for my quantity?
Stamping earns its tooling cost at volume. For low quantities, laser cut and bent sheet metal is usually cheaper. Tell us your annual quantity and we will say which route is better, including when it is the cheaper one for you.

Can stamped parts be machined afterwards?
Yes. Tapping, machining and surface finishing are all available in the same factory, so you receive a finished part rather than a blank.
