FD Machinery makes custom parts with processes that streamline designing, analysing, pricing and ordering, from short runs to long production contracts.
The processes we provide are machining, milling, turning, metal stamping, sheet metal fabrication, die casting, assembly and a range of finishes. Your custom parts projects benefit from the quality and combined experience of our skilled team.
Because these processes sit inside one factory, a part that needs turning, then milling, then plating does not travel between three subcontractors. One team owns it from raw material to packed carton, which is what makes a delivery date something we can actually commit to.

Can one part use several of your processes?
Yes, and that is the point of running them in house. A stamped bracket can be tapped and machined, then powder coated, without leaving the factory.
What is the largest part you can machine?
CNC milling covers 2 mm to 1000 mm diameter. Send the drawing if your part sits near that limit and we will confirm against the specific machine envelope.
Do you do assembly?
Yes, assembly is part of our process list alongside machining, stamping, sheet metal and finishing.
Which process suits my part?
Send the drawing and the annual quantity. Our engineers will recommend machining, stamping, fabrication or casting based on the part rather than on which line we would prefer to fill.
