The grades we work with are listed below and all materials can be RoHS compliant upon request. If you specify the function rather than the grade, our engineers will recommend a material from the catalog based on strength, corrosion resistance, machinability and cost.

Can all materials be RoHS compliant?
All the materials in our catalog can be RoHS compliant upon request. Tell us at quotation so the correct stock and finishes are used.
What if my grade is not on the list?
Tell us the application. We will help source the right material, though an exotic grade will affect price and lead time.
Which aluminum grade should I choose?
6061-T6 is the general purpose choice for machined parts, 7075-T6 where strength matters more than cost, and 6082 or 6005 style grades where the part starts as an extrusion.
Do you machine copper and bronze?
Yes, copper grades C3601 through C97 are on our list, and bronze is part of our material range.
