Product Overview
What This Product Is
Ultra thin stainless steel foil and coil covers the gauges where ordinary service centre material stops being reliable. Below roughly 0.2 mm a small drift in thickness or hardness changes how the strip springs back, how a die wears and whether a weld or a laser cut behaves. Yongxin rolls this band as a routine product rather than as an exception.
The strip is supplied in SUS304, SUS301, 316L and SUS430 as standard, and in other grades when the customer specifies them. Thickness runs from 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm and width from 10 mm to 610 mm, which covers narrow slit ribbon for contacts as well as wide strip for shields and enclosures. Temper is available across ANN, 1/4H, 1/2H, 3/4H, FH and EH so the same grade can be ordered soft for deep forming or hard for spring behaviour.
Surface finish and roughness are made to the customer requirement. If you cannot describe the finish in words, send a control sample chip and we will roll a sample to match it and send that sample to you for approval before bulk production starts.

Materials
Austenitic grades SUS304 and 316L are supplied where corrosion resistance and formability matter, SUS301 where work hardening and spring behaviour are wanted and ferritic SUS430 where magnetic behaviour and cost are the driver. All specifications can be adjusted to the customer requirement, so state your grade and we will confirm it against the cross reference table.

The Failure Modes This Product Is Built to Remove
Thickness Drift Between Coils
A change of a few microns between coils forces the press shop to re shim the die. Yongxin holds the rolled gauge to the agreed tolerance across and along the coil.
Inconsistent Hardness
Strip that arrives softer or harder than the last delivery changes springback and scrap rate. Annealing and temper rolling are controlled in house and verified by hardness and tensile testing.
Surface Not Fit for the Next Process
Coating, etching, welding and laser cutting all react to surface roughness and residual oil. The degreasing line and the specified finish remove that variable.
Grade Confusion Across Standards
A buyer writing 1.4301, SUS304 and 06Cr19Ni10 may mean the same material. Our grade tables and sales desk settle that before production.
Manufacturing Process
From Feedstock to Packed Coil
Certified feedstock is checked against the mill certificate
Cold rolling on 4-Hi 650 mm COSMEC and 20-Hi 650 mm Sendzimir mills
Annealing in the horizontal continuous furnace or bell type furnace
Degreasing to remove rolling oil
Temper rolling and stretch bending levelling to set hardness and flatness
Slitting to ordered width and edge condition
Laboratory release on chemistry, hardness, tensile and surface
Wrapping, strapping, marking and export packing

How the Coil Is Released
Every coil is checked in the plant laboratory before it is packed. Chemistry is confirmed in the chemical analysis laboratory, mechanical properties on the tensile testing machine and hardness tester, geometry on the optical projector and corrosion behaviour in the salt spray chamber where the specification calls for it.

Send a control sample chip if the finish is easier to show than to describe. We roll a sample, send it for approval and only then start bulk production.
