Rolling Annealing Plating and Slitting Under One Roof
The Wuxi plant sits two hours by road from Shanghai and covers 30,000 square metres with a total annual output of over 25,000 tonnes of cold rolled and stainless steel strip. Because every process step is in house, a specification change does not have to travel between subcontractors.

From Coil to Container
How a Yongxin Order Is Produced
Eight controlled steps turn certified feedstock into a slit packed coil that matches your drawing. Each step is recorded so a later coil can be traced back to its process settings.
Melt Certified Coil In
Hot rolled and annealed feedstock is checked against the mill certificate before it enters the line
Cold Rolling
4-Hi and 20-Hi 650 mm mills reduce the strip to the ordered thickness
Annealing
Horizontal continuous and bell type furnaces set the grain structure and softness
Degreasing
Rolling oil is removed so the surface is clean for plating or delivery
Temper Rolling and Levelling
Temper mill and stretch bending leveller set hardness and flatness
Slitting
Strip is slit to the ordered width and edge condition
Inspection
Chemistry hardness tensile and surface are verified in the laboratory
Packing and Export
Coils are wrapped strapped and marked for sea freight
