Product Carbon Footprint
SPCC Cold Rolled Steel Strip Cradle to Gate
The carbon footprint of SPCC cold rolled steel strip produced at the Wuxi plant was verified under certificate 117-ICAS-TZJ202503036 in accordance with PAS 2050:2011, ISO 14067:2018, ISO 14040:2006, ISO 14044:2006 and ISO 14071:2024. The life cycle stage covered is cradle to gate.

Rooftop Solar Generation
Together with Guoneng Jiangsu New Energy, Yongxin completed a 4 MW rooftop photovoltaic grid connected project on otherwise idle factory roof space, reducing purchased electricity and supporting the company's stated move toward a zero carbon future.

Environment Health and Safety
What the Plant Does Day to Day
Environmental Management
The plant is certified to GB/T 24001-2016, holds a pollutant discharge permit and carries out regular monitoring of emissions to air, water and waste. An environmental impact assessment has been completed in accordance with the law and no environmental violations have been recorded since the plant was built.
Occupational Health and Safety
The occupational health and safety management system is certified to GB/T 45001-2020. Annual safety training is carried out in full, staff in positions with occupational hazard exposure receive health examinations and all special equipment passes annual inspection.
Energy Reduction
The company holds an energy management system certification and states in its 2024 corporate social responsibility report that it will continue to promote advanced, energy saving and efficient equipment and processes.
Community
Yongxin participates in local public welfare activity. In September 2024 the company donated to the Wuxi Charity Federation in support of education, medical care and poverty relief work in Huishan District.
