What This Product Is
Cold rolled steel foil and coil covers carbon steel strip from 0.035 mm to 0.8 mm in widths from 50 mm to 520 mm. The grades are SPCC for general stamping, SPCD for drawing and SPCE for deep drawing, or another grade specified by the customer against GB, DIN, BS, JIS or ASTM.
At these gauges the practical problem is rarely the chemistry. It is whether the strip stays flat, whether the hardness is the same at the tail of the coil as at the head, and whether the surface is clean enough for the next operation. Yongxin controls those variables with continuous and bell type annealing, a degreasing line, a temper mill and a German stretch bending leveller before the strip reaches the slitting line.

Materials
SPCC is the general commercial quality grade, SPCD adds drawing quality elongation and SPCE is the deep drawing grade. How the Coil Is Released
Every coil is checked in the plant laboratory before it is packed. Chemistry is confirmed in the chemical analysis laboratory, mechanical properties on the tensile testing machine and hardness tester, geometry on the optical projector and corrosion behaviour in the salt spray chamber where the specification calls for it.

Send a control sample chip if the finish is easier to show than to describe. We roll a sample, send it for approval and only then start bulk production.
