Product Range
Three product families, one mill. Ultra thin stainless steel strip from 0.05 mm, cold rolled carbon steel strip from 0.035 mm and chrome plated steel strip in the 0.1 to 0.15 mm band, all produced and released inside the same plant.
0.05 - 1.0 mm thickness / 10 - 610 mm width
Ultra thin stainless steel strip is the family Yongxin was built around. It is cold rolled on 4-Hi and 20-Hi 650 mm mills, annealed in house and released only after chemistry, hardness, tensile and surface have been checked in our own laboratory.
0.035 - 0.8 mm thickness / 50 - 520 mm width
Cold rolled carbon steel strip is the volume workhorse of the Yongxin mill. It reaches 0.035 mm, which is thinner than most general purpose cold rolling lines can hold, and it is annealed and levelled in house so drawing behaviour stays repeatable.
0.1 - 0.15 mm thickness / 405 - 515 mm width
Chrome plated steel coil takes a cold rolled carbon steel base rolled on our own mills and finishes it on our own chrome plating line, so the base gauge and the coating are controlled by the same plant.
