Ask where the housings are cast and ask to see the workshop. We cast our own aluminium in Jiangmen and visitors are welcome at any time — the original site says so, and we mean it. A supplier who cannot answer that question is a trader, which is fine, but changes who controls your lead time.
Not on a desk — in a mock-up ceiling at the real mounting height, next to whatever you are currently using. Samples here are normally ready in seven days. Glare and beam quality do not survive a photograph.
Certification marks, IP ratings and photometric files differ by model and by destination market. Name the specific document and the specific model rather than accepting a generic compliance folder.
Our published terms are five to seven working days for samples and twelve to fifteen working days for a large order. Get the equivalent numbers from any supplier before the purchase order, not after.
We exhibit at the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition each June, and the factory is open for visits year round.
