The aluminium housings are cast in our own workshop in Jiangmen.
The housing is the heat sink. When casting is outsourced, fin geometry and wall thickness are whatever the caster finds convenient, and thermal performance drifts between batches. Casting in house keeps the geometry and the finish on one lead time and one quality record.

Housing colours in white, black and white-with-grey, with reflector finishes in gun black, bright silver, matte black and matte white.
