Eight Stages From Requirement to After Sales
Nothing on this list is subcontracted to a third party. Rolling, annealing, plating, levelling, slitting and testing all sit inside the same plant, which is why a specification change can be turned around instead of renegotiated.
Requirement Analysis
Grade, temper, thickness, width, surface and tolerance are agreed in writing before anything is rolled
Material Selection
The right family and grade are chosen against your forming step and service environment
Sampling
A production sample is rolled and sent for approval, including matching a control sample chip you supply
Production
Cold rolling annealing degreasing temper rolling and levelling all run inside the Wuxi plant
Quality Inspection
Chemistry hardness tensile geometry and surface are verified in the plant laboratory
Packing
Coil weight inner diameter wrapping and marking are set to your handling and customs requirement
Logistics
Export documentation is prepared against the incoterm and destination port you nominate
After Sales
Failed samples and process data are reviewed with you and the specification is adjusted through a new sample

Three Specifications That Decide Whether the Strip Works
Thickness and Tolerance Control
Thickness is the specification buyers argue about most, because it is the one that stops a press line the fastest. This page sets out how the Wuxi plant holds it and what you need to state so the tolerance is quoted correctly.

Surface is the specification most often left vague in an enquiry and most often disputed after delivery. Yongxin handles it two ways: you give roughness numbers, or you send a control sample chip and we match it.

Grade tells you what the material is. Temper tells you how it will behave in your press. Yongxin sets temper through annealing and temper rolling and then proves it in the laboratory before the coil is released.
