Variable Frequency Drives
Vector and V/F drives from 0.75 kW to 710 kW — compact OEM units, high-power vector platforms, distributed IP65 drives and active front ends that return braking energy to the grid.
The range splits by what the machine demands. BR100 is the mini drive for OEM machinery where panel space decides the design: same output in 30% less volume, with a fully sealed independent air duct that keeps dust out of the electronics. BR110 scales the same current-vector approach to 400 kW with the braking unit built in.
AD1000PLUS runs a dedicated 32-bit motor DSP to 710 kW at 380 V and 630 kW at 690 V, driving induction, built-in PM and surface-mount PM motors with 3% torque accuracy. AD1000-AFE adds PWM IGBT rectification for true four-quadrant operation, feeding a crane or elevator's inertial energy back into the grid at a power factor near 1.
FD500 moves the drive out of the cabinet altogether: IP65, mounted at the motor, coordinating over ModbusRTU, CanLink, PROFINET, PROFIBUS-DP or ASI. FS200 and FS300 are pump-specific, with constant-pressure PID control and IP54 bodies.
