DC voltage boosters that let a low-voltage array drive a standard pump inverter, plus board-level solar pump inverter electronics for system assemblers.
The voltage a solar pump system needs is set by the pump, not the array. A 220 VAC pump set wants roughly 310 VDC working voltage and 350 VDC open-circuit; a three-phase 380 VAC pump wants about 540 VDC and 620 VDC. Reaching those numbers normally means long series strings, which are vulnerable to shading and awkward to lay out.
The LV40-70 and LV60-90 DC boosters raise a lower array voltage to what the inverter requires — LV40-70 for 220 V small power pumps, LV60-90 for 380 V three-phase pumps.
For assemblers who build their own enclosures, the solar pump inverter PCB board covers 220 V and 380 V systems at board level, which removes the cost of a housing you are going to replace anyway.

Why not just add more panels in series?
You can, but a long string loses output when one panel is shaded and constrains array layout. A booster relaxes the voltage the array itself must reach.
Which booster do I need?

Is the PCB board a complete inverter?
No. It is the control board only, for assembly into your own enclosure.
