MV900 CNC-controlled induction heaters from 20 kVA to 200 kVA for weld preheat, post-weld heat treatment and hot assembly work.
Induction heating replaces torch work where the thermal cycle has to be repeatable and documented — circumferential weld heat treatment, flange interface post-heat, pipeline anti-corrosion coating preheat, and preheat of flat blankets in offshore shipbuilding.
MV900 integrates the isolation transformer, which removes a separate cabinet and its cabling from the site set-up. A wide inductance design accommodates changing coil geometry without re-matching, and precision temperature control keeps process quality consistent across joints.
Ratings run 20, 40, 60, 80, 120, 160 and 200 kVA under CNC control, with an industrial-grade protective design and comprehensive fault mechanisms.
