Water treatment plants run pumps and blowers against variable demand. Throttling a valve to match it wastes the energy across the restriction; varying the motor speed does not. Boray's FS200 and FS300 pump drives carry a dedicated PID algorithm for constant-pressure supply, with IP54 bodies for wet plant rooms.
Larger process duties move to the BR110 and AD1000PLUS vector platforms, with RS485 MODBUS for SCADA integration. Where the drive sits next to a motor out on the plant, the IP65 FD500 removes the central cabinet entirely.
