Solar Pumping Systems

A solar pumping system is an off-grid application. The array absorbs DC power from the sun, the solar pump inverter converts it to AC and varies frequency, and a standard AC pump does the work. Water is stored in a tank rather than electricity in a battery, which is what keeps the capital cost down.

The approach suits remote areas with insufficient grid coverage, where it substantially reduces water costs for modern agriculture and ecological construction.
