Use Guide
Specifying It Well
- Check the destination rule first. Several markets restrict or tax single use plastic carriers, and the resin choice has to be made against that rule, not after it.
- Match the handle to the checkout. T-shirt handles are fastest to open on a rack, patch handles carry the most weight, die cut is the cheapest and flexiloop is the most comfortable to hold.
- One colour gravure is the limit on this line. If the artwork needs more, move the design onto a paper bag or simplify to a single strong colour.
- Ask for a free stock sample before committing to a custom run. It tells you more about the film hand feel than any specification sheet.
- Order in full carton multiples. Part cartons cost more per bag to pack and to freight.
