What Happens Step By Step

   Brief

   You tell us what goes inside the box, which box style you like and the quantity, or you send your design artwork together with quantity and material information.

   Initial Quotation

   We quote against the quantity, the specification and your delivery address.

3. 3

   Cost Alignment

   If the cost works we move straight to a mock-up. If it does not, we adjust materials, style and specification with you until the cost target is met, then make the mock-up.

4. 4

   Die Line

   We build a mock-up sample and draw the die line for you.

5. 5

   Artwork

   Your designer places the print graphics inside our die line and returns the print ready file.

   Insert Tray

   If the box needs an insert to hold the product in place, send us the product sample or a detailed dimensional drawing so we can cut the insert tray mould.

7. 7

   Printed Sample

   A printed box with insert tray is a finished packaging sample and is charged. The cost is usually around USD 300 for box and insert tray mould together, courier excluded.

8. 8

   Sample Refund

   For orders above 10,000 pcs the sample cost is normally refunded once the production order is placed and the deposit is received.

9. 9

   Sample Lead Time

   Sampling normally takes 7 to 10 days, plus 3 to 7 days international courier.

    Mass Production

    Normal production lead time is 3 weeks, about 1 week inland transport in China, and normally another 4 weeks of sea freight to major world seaports.
