A folding carton ships flat, erects on the line or by hand, and carries the product through retail. It is the workhorse of consumer packaging: cosmetics, supplements, tea, pet food, cigars and small food items all sit inside one.
We run them in customized or regular board with offset and digital printing, solvent free or dry lamination, and Henkel or Bostik adhesive. Materials are environment friendly, recyclable and biodegradable, and the minimum order goes as low as 100 pcs so a start up brand can launch without carrying warehouse risk.

Use Guide
Specifying It Well
- Fix the filling method before the die line. Hand packing and automatic cartoning need different crease depths and glue seam positions.
- If the carton holds an oily or damp product, specify lamination. An unlaminated coated board will scuff and stain.
- Keep barcodes on a flat panel and away from creases. A barcode across a crease will fail the scanner even when it prints correctly.
- For versioned SKUs, use one structure and change only the print. That keeps the die and the setup cost shared across all versions.
- Order the free plain sample first, fold it, load your product, then approve artwork. Structure problems are cheap to fix at that stage and expensive afterwards.
