Eleven Processes We Run In House
This is our published capability list. Anything outside it is not something we will quote as our own process.

Quality Control
Three Gates Every Order Passes Through
Incoming Material
Checked against ISO quality standards.
- Ring crush and side crush test for paper and cardboard
- Moisture test for paper and cardboard
- Thickness and weight test for paper and cardboard
- Stiffness test for paper and cardboard
- Viscosity test for the glue used in box making
- Relative tests for accessories used in packaging boxes
Printed Sheets
Every printed sheet set is tested before it moves on.
- Colour checking with an X-Rite printing densitometer
- Ink abrasion test

- High and low temperature degradation test
- Quantity check for printed sheets

Finished Products
Packs are tested the way freight will treat them.
- Compressive strength test

During development and sample making we double check whether the design is workable and feasible for mass production and adjust accordingly. Specific onsite QC people check each die cut sheet for box making, and specific onsite QC people check every single product coming off the production line.
Certifications
Certificates Recorded Against Our Lines
Not every certificate applies to every product. Paper bags list FSC, SGS, BRC, ISO 9001:2015, FDA and QS. Rigid boxes list FSC, SGS, BSCI, ISO and Bureau Veritas. Folding boxes list QS, ISO and IMS. Plastic bags list SGS, UKAS, ROHS and ISO 9001:2008. We confirm in writing which certificates cover your specific order before production starts, and supply copies for the shipment on request.

Where Our Customers Are
Our main customers are from all over the world, including China, the USA, the UK, France, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Malaysia and the UAE.
Shipping
Ocean shipping, air transportation, express and land transportation, from Guangzhou, Shenzhen or Hong Kong depending on the line. Inland transport in China is normally about 1 week and sea freight to major world seaports normally another 4 weeks.

IQC inspects incoming materials, all relevant tests run before mass production, IPQC checks every making process and OQC and FQC check every product before delivery.

We have not put factory floor photography, equipment lists with model numbers, customer testimonials, chat screenshots or output figures on this site, because we do not have published records we can stand behind for them. Everything above comes from our own product and process documentation.
