What Happens Step By Step

Sort The SKU Mix
Split the catalogue into soft goods, small hard goods and fragile goods. Each group needs a different pack, and buying one mailer for all three overspends on two of them.

Size From The Product
Measure the product flat and add the working allowance. Standard charts PM-1 to PM-7 and AS-CD1 to AS-LARGE BOOK cover most cases, and special sizes are made where they do not.

Choose The Construction
Poly mailer for soft goods, bubble mailer for small hard goods, kraft outer where a paper based pack is required.

Set The Print
One or two colour surface printing keeps the branded pack close to the price of a plain one.

Trial Pack Before Volume
Run a week of real orders through sample bags before committing to a pallet quantity.

Fix The Carton Quantity
Master carton counts run from 50 to 1000 pieces depending on size. Set them against how your pack bench is replenished.
