What This Product Is
A poly mailer is the cheapest way to move soft goods through a parcel network. It weighs almost nothing, it seals once, and it does not add dimensional weight the way a box does. The whole job is in the film: too thin and the contents show through or the seam splits, too thick and you are paying for plastic you do not need.
Ours are built from co-extruded multi layer polythene film in a single layer construction, white and grey, white and black or custom colour, with a strong hot melt self seal closure. Standard sizes cover the North American and European markets, and special sizes and custom printing are made to order.

Use Guide
Specifying It Well
- Measure the product flat, then add roughly 1 inch on the width for the contents to sit without stressing the side seam.
- Put the shipping label on the flat back face, not across the flap. A label bridging the seal line will lift when the flap flexes.
- For returns, pack a second smaller mailer inside the outbound one. It costs almost nothing and removes a support ticket.
- In hot climates store mailers away from direct sun. Hot melt adhesive is temperature sensitive before the bag is closed.
- If contents show through, change to the white and black film rather than increasing the gauge. It is cheaper and lighter.
