Manufacturing Process
- Material And Drawing ReviewWe start from your drawing, sample or performance requirement and confirm which of the five material families fits the duty.
- Powder Preparation And FormingDry pressing, hot pressing or injection moulding, chosen by the shape and the wall thickness of the part.
- High Temperature SinteringParts are sintered to full density. Zirconia reaches 6.0 g/cm3 and 99% alumina reaches 3.85 g/cm3.
- Grinding Polishing And CNCSurface grinding, internal and external diameter grinding and precision CNC machining bring the part to final size and finish.
Quality Control
We promise to provide quality assurance for all products. Parts are inspected according to your drawings and we issue an inspection report with the shipment.
We follow standard packaging protocols to protect your products during transit and provide photographic documentation of the packing and shipping process for your reference. In the event of transportation damage caused by non-human factors, we arrange a free replacement shipment.
From raw material preparation, forming, surface grinding, internal and external diameter grinding, to precision CNC machining, all processes are carried out in house under strict quality control.

- Handle by the body, not the edgeCeramic is hard but it chips. Zirconia tolerates handling far better than alumina because its fracture toughness is more than twice as high.
