What is the delivery time?
Sample delivery in 4-7 working days. It is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, according to the dimension and quantity.
Do you provide samples, is it free or extra?
Yes, we could offer the sample free of charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
What are your terms of payment?
Payment <= 1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment >= 1000USD, 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
How do you ensure the quality of shipping products?
We follow standard packaging protocols to protect your products during transit and will provide photographic documentation of the packing and shipping process for your reference. In the event of transportation damage caused by non-human factors, we will promptly arrange a free replacement shipment to ensure your order is not affected.
