- Powder Preparation And FormingDry pressing, hot pressing or injection moulding, chosen by the shape and the wall thickness of the part.
- High Temperature SinteringParts are sintered to full density. Zirconia reaches 6.0 g/cm3 and 99% alumina reaches 3.85 g/cm3.
- Grinding Polishing And CNCSurface grinding, internal and external diameter grinding and precision CNC machining bring the part to final size and finish.

Sample delivery in 4-7 working days. It is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, according to the dimension and quantity.
Do you provide samples, is it free or extra?
Yes, we could offer the sample free of charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
What are your terms of payment?
Payment <= 1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment >= 1000USD, 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
