How It Runs
- MetallizingMo/Mn layer applied at 25 plus or minus 10um.
- PlatingNickel at 2 to 10um, or silver, copper or gold depending on the joining method.
- BrazingMetallization and brazing are both possible in house.
- VerificationPin pull strength averages 4200 kgf/cm2 at a 3.0mm pin.

How do we start?
Send a drawing, a 3D file, a sample or a written performance requirement over WhatsApp or email. We do not use web forms.
Is there a charge for the first sample?
No. We offer the sample free of charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
What are the payment terms?
Payment up to 1000 USD is 100% in advance. Above 1000 USD it is 50% T/T in advance with the balance before shipment.
Is the work subcontracted?
From raw material preparation, forming, surface grinding, internal and external diameter grinding, to precision CNC machining, all processes are carried out in-house under strict quality control.
